ECPA's Rush To PressW Publishing Group to publish first work from Duck Dynasty’s® Jep and Jessica Robertson
‘The Good, the bad, and the grace of God’ to release on June 23, 2015

(Nashville, Tenn.) August 6, 2014 – “Here is what we know for sure: Forgiveness makes love possible,” say Jep and Jessica Robertson. “No one is perfect. We are all sinners. We must do the best that we can and learn to accept that sometimes we will fail. Love and forgiveness are necessary.”

W Publishing Group, an imprint of Thomas Nelson, has secured the rights for “The Good, The Bad, and The Grace of God” – the first trade book from Jep and Jessica Robertson of A&E’s Duck Dynasty®. In it, Jep and Jessica will share their personal story – one that involves rebellion, drugs, divorce, redemption, and forgiveness.

“We couldn’t be more excited to be able to expand our partnership with the Robertson family,” says Matt Baugher, senior vice president and publisher for W Publishing Group.“’The Faith Commander’ video curriculum has recently released, and we are now proud to announce the signing of Jep and Jessica as well. The impact of their story goes far beyond a mere association with Duck Dynasty and presents an intimate, vulnerable, and courageous path that each took to find each other and to find God. We look forward to sharing this story with fans both old and new around the world.”

Mel Berger and Margaret Riley King of William Morris Endeavor represent Jep and Jessica Robertson’s literary interests.

The youngest son of Phil and Kay, Jules Jeptha “Jep” Robertson, grew up in the duck blind. He is the cameraman and editor for Duck Commander, the Robertson’s family business, utilizing years of experience to capture excellent footage for the company’s “Duckmen” DVD series. Jep is married to Jessica and together they have four children: Lily, Merritt, Priscilla, and River. Twitter: @JepDuckman

As a child, Jessica Robertson grew up hunting on the weekends with her father in the woods of Louisiana and naturally, she fit right in with the Robertsons. She first met Jep in 2001, and they were married within two weeks of announcing their engagement. Jessica also has a business background like many in the Robertson family, but not from working at Duck Commander. She previously worked in real estate as a licensed real estate agent, and most recently worked in sales. @JessicaDuckWife
