ECPA's Rush To PressTyndale’s The Living Bible Receives First-Ever “Quadruple” Diamond Award
ECPA Presents Diamond Awards to The Living Bible® and the New Living Translation®

[Carol Stream, Ill.]—The Evangelical Christian Publishers Association (ECPA) has presented Diamond Book Awards to two Bibles from Tyndale House Publishers. Sales Achievement Awards are granted by the ECPA for “recognizing outstanding sales achievements in the publication of quality Christian literature.” The Diamond Book Award denotes the ECPA’s highest sales achievement and is presented when a book property sells 10 million units. The first ever “Quadruple” Diamond Award to be announced by the ECPA was presented to The Living Bible®, paraphrased by Dr. Kenneth N. Taylor, for achieving over 40 million units sold. Tyndale also received the ECPA’s “Triple” Diamond Award, which was presented to The Holy Bible, New Living Translation®, for over 30 million units sold.

“We at Tyndale House thank God for the privilege of participating in the publishing and distribution of his Holy Word. Isaiah 55:11 reminds us that his Word always produces fruit, accomplishes what he wants it to, and prospers everywhere he sends it. These awards aren’t just recognition for Bibles sold, they represent real people whose lives have been touched by the life-changing message of the Bible—and that is an awesome thing,” says Blaine Smith, Associate Publisher of Bibles at Tyndale.

The New Living Translation (NLT) breathes life into even the most difficult-to-understand Bible passages—but even more powerful are stories of how people’s lives are changing as the words speak directly to their hearts. It is available in over 300 editions, including apps, e-books, audiobooks, and hundreds of print editions. Many organizations use the NLT, including the Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN), Youth for Christ (YFC), Group Publishing, YouVersion, Bible Gateway, K-LOVE Radio Network, WAY Media Network, and more.
