Carol Stream, Ill.—Tyndale House Publishers’ and author Stephen Elkins’ 101 Color & Sing Bible Stories have been announced as a Finalist for The Evangelical Christian Publishers Association (ECPA) 2015 Christian Book Awards®, honoring Christian publishing’s best book and Bible releases of the year.
In 101 Color & Sing Bible Stories (Tyndale, March 2014) multimillion-selling children’s author and Grammy Award nominee Stephen Elkins introduces children to the Christian faith with a kid-friendly approach and purely inspiring charm.
As an inviting way for kids to learn about God and the Bible through reading, Elkins encourages young children to color and sing as part of the Bible storytelling experience in 101 Color & Sing Bible Stories. Each of the 101 key Bible stories in the inspirational children’s book includes a coloring page to print and color, with a Bible memory verse to go along with it. Included with the book are two CDs featuring 101 favorite children’s Bible songs that relate to the stories, each referencing the track number for the memorable Scripture song on the story page for easy access, creating an altogether seamless package.
The winner in each category and the Christian Book of the Year™ will be announced on May 5 among industry leadership at the ECPA Awards Banquet held in conjunction with the ECPA Leadership Summit in Nashville. Separate banquet tickets can be purchased.
