[Carol Stream, Ill.]—Tyndale House Publishers is pleased to announce that Library Journal has presented DiAnn Mills with a Best Books 2014: Genre Fiction award in the Christian Fiction category for her novel Firewall (Tyndale, July 2014). LJ Best Of awards are presented annually by the reviews magazine to highlight select, handpicked favorite titles from the past year.
Christian Fiction is one of eight category selections representing 2014’s Best Genre Fiction, each of which has been narrowly vetted to contain just the top five titles from all of 2014, as chosen by Library Journal’s columnists.
Before the July 2014 release of this first title in the FBI: Houston trilogy, Library Journal gave Firewall a starred review, saying, “Mills’s romantic thriller makes for compelling reading.” The next novel in the FBI: Houston series, Double Cross, releases April 2015 from Tyndale, while the last title completing the trilogy, Deadlock, is expected in early 2016.
DiAnn Mills is a bestselling and award-winning author of many top fiction books and contemporary romance stories. A leader in the romantic suspense genre alongside Dee Henderson and Lynette Eason, DiAnn currently has more than fifty-five books published, which have sold more than a million and a half copies and appeared on the CBA and ECPA bestseller lists. Her titles have won placements through the American Christian Fiction Writers’ Carol Awards and Inspirational Readers’ Choice awards, and DiAnn also won back-to-back Christy Awards in 2010 and 2011.
