PEABODY, MA— At this year’s Faith@Work Summit in Boston, the Theology of Work Project and Hendrickson Publishers will cohost a special product launch and reception for a new line of books. The reception will be held Friday, October 24, at 8:30 pm after the last presentation of the day, and is open to all attendees.

The books being launched are the firstfruits of the new partnership between the Theology of Work Project and Hendrickson Publishers. They include the Theology of Work Bible Commentary Vol. 4: Matthew through Acts, as well as the first five books in The Bible and Your Work Study Series, a Bible study series that focuses on what individual books of the Bible have to say about work. Attendees of the summit and reception will be the first to purchase these books. After October 24, these products will be widely available through Internet retailers and stores.

“We are proud to introduce the world’s first commentary on the entire Bible as it applies to work, and delighted by the Faith@Work Summit’s invitation to launch it during the event,” says Will Messenger, executive editor of the Theology of Work Project. “We hope it will be a help to the many participants who study, write, teach, and develop resources for Christians in every sphere of work.”

The Faith@Work Summit will gather hundreds of active leaders and participants in the Faith at Work movement to assess the state of the movement and develop an agenda going forward for individuals in the workplace, churches, marketplace ministries, seminaries and Bible schools, and universities and business schools.
