Bellmawr, N.J.—The Friends of Israel (FOI, www.foi.org), a worldwide Christian ministry communicating biblical truth about Israel and the Messiah while fostering solidarity with the Jewish people, will debut a new weekly half-hour radio program on hundreds of stations across the country next month.
“The Friends of Israel Today” will air beginning April 18 on American Family Radio and Bott Radio Network, which include a combined total of 250 stations nationwide, as well as other independent stations across America.
With a theme of “Biblical Truth for Changing Times,” the program will include dynamic teaching from the Bible, Q&A, timely interviews and dramatic readings from the life of Holocaust survivor Zvi Kalisher, titled “Apples of Gold” from Israel My Glory magazine.
“‘Friends of Israel Today’ is a weekly radio program that teaches Biblical truth for changing times,” said host Chris Katulka, who also serves as a speaker, writer and blogger for FOI. “We have worked to create a unique magazine-style broadcast in which the focus of all we say and do revolves around God’s Word and how it impacts our lives today. We have a burden to propagate the truth about Israel through every avenue of opportunity available to us, and radio, including podcasting and on-demand listening, are excellent vehicles.”
FOI is entering its 25th year in broadcasting with the relaunch of its radio programming in a new format. Besides the hundreds of stations airing the program weekly, listeners can also hear the program online at www.foiradio.org.
The Friends of Israel provides news and insight about Israel through its website, in its publications and during its annual conferences.

The Friends of Israel was founded in 1938 by Christian leaders in response to the desperate needs of Jewish people afflicted by the raging torrents of Nazi hate during the Holocaust. Through this Christian ministry, funds were raised and aid was distributed to Jewish refugees in their darkest hours of need. Today, The Friends of Israel is an important evangelical Christian voice communicating biblical truth about Israel and the Messiah, while fostering solidarity with the Jewish people.
