ECPA announces five designer judge panel for 2023 Top Shelf Book Cover Award program Each year, professional book designers are recruited to judge the submissions for the industry’s book cover award program, except for last year’s anniversary year.  This year’s judges will review covers in Non-Fiction, Fiction, Children, Bibles.  They are: Jennifer Heuer, Sarah Horgan, Joshua Noom, Chandler Saunders, and Sara Wood.
