John Sherrill, author and founder of Chosen Books, dies at 94 John Sherrill passed away on Saturday.  He was 94.  John and his wife, Elizabeth (“Tib”), were two of the four founders of Chosen Books with their friends Len and Catherine Marshall LeSourd.  John and Tib were also long-time editors for Guideposts magazine and the co-authors of such bestselling books as The Hiding Place, The Cross and the Switchblade and God’s Smuggler.  Obituary and funeral information will be announced soon.
