CJK Group acquires assets of Quad Versailles CJK Group, Inc. has announced an agreement with Quad/Graphics, Inc. to acquire the assets associated with its Versailles, Kentucky, book manufacturing facility. CJK Group will acquire the equipment and assume the customer contracts at the facility.
