ECPA presents Dwight Baker with Chair Award ECPA has presented to Dwight Baker, former ECPA board chair and president/CEO of Baker Publishing Group, its Chair Award for distinguished leadership to ECPA and the publishing industry.  The award was presented on March 16 by ECPA president and CEO Jeff Crosby at a retirement celebration held for Dwight at the Baker Book House in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Baker will retire in April.
