The healthy lifestyle program is detailed in the New York Times bestseller The Daniel Plan: 40 Days to a Healthier Life by Pastor Rick Warren, Drs. Daniel Amen and Mark Hyman, which has sold over 1.5 million copies. The mobile app is designed to help users track daily progress in the five Daniel Plan essential areas: faith, food, fitness, focus and friends. The free app is available for apple and android devices and sold in the Apple App Store and on Google play.
