LOS ANGELES, July 6, 2016
 — Rose Publishing/Aspire Press/RoseKidz announces today that Brenda Noel has accepted the position of Editor for RoseKidz®, the children’s products division of Rose Publishing. Noel starts as editor July 5.

RoseKidz launches 10 new kids titles in 2016, most notably eight new kids devotionals, to fill out the recently acquired Rainbow Publishers/Legacy Press line of children’s devotions, reproducible Bible activities, and fiction titles.

“I am looking forward to creating product with talented people that excites and inspires children to desire to know God in a personal and deep way,” shared Noel. Noel’s seasoned experience in children’s ministry is complemented by her love for Rose Publishing’s materials and resources, and she knows them well: “I have been a long time fan of Rose Publishing products. I was excited to hear that they are continuing their ministry of excellence in children’s resources. Many of their products have long been used in church classrooms around the world. I had many of them in mine. Adding a wide array of support materials and devotionals is a perfect next chapter and I am excited to be part of it.”

“We’re excited to have Brenda Noel on staff. Her decades of kids ministry and public school experience bring firsthand knowledge to expanding the ‘5-Minute Sunday School Activities’ and ‘Instant Bible Lessons’ lines that currently are among the top-selling reproducible Christian Education activity books, according to PubTrack,” said Gretchen Goldsmith, president of Rose Publishing.

According to Nielsen PubTrack’s Christian Retail POS, RoseKidz (Rose Publishing CA) is ranked #12 for Juvenile Market Share for year-to-date January-June 26, 2016.

Noel brings her experience as Director of Children’s Ministries at Rolling Hills Covenant Church where she oversaw hundreds of volunteer staff. “Serving as a Children’s Ministries Director and overseeing over 300 volunteers at a time I can tell you that having solid, easy to understand and use materials is crucial,” explained Noel. “I am excited to be part of creating products that offer a wide variety of materials for use as a parent or in a church setting.” In addition, she brings years of experience as supervisor of child development in the Redondo Beach Unified School District to the RoseKidz team.
