It's a Wonderful LifeIn my favorite Christmas movie: Frank Capra’s classic 1946 Christmas story, It’s a Wonderful Life, the angel Clarence intercedes to stop George Bailey, a hopelessly discouraged man, from throwing his life away. He gave George a vision of what life would have been like if he had never been born.

Thanks to the angel, George realizes that he is a unique and irreplaceable human being. Like all of us, no matter what our personal circumstances, every life touches others in positive ways.

An overwhelmed and discouraged George Bailey needed Clarence. The virgin Mary, a poor, unwed, Jewish teenager’s betrothed, Joseph, was visited by an angel to assure him of the immeasurable value of the life in her womb. Today, many women facing unexpected pregnancies also need encouragement and tangible help, as well as a revelation of the value of the life they carry.

Mission: Pre-born is privileged to play the role of Clarence in helping women and their pre-born babies through the women’s clinics they equip and support across our country.

Through the use of the ultrasound machines they supply and their Center trainings, MPB helps to provide these women with a glimpse of the value of the life they carry and the encouragement and support they need for their pregnancy.

$170K Gift Matching Campaign
DEADLINE: December 31, 2015

To help MPB help more women by providing ultrasound machines and Center training to workers, they have an opportunity that will reassure many more pregnant moms that life is wonderful.

The challenge is to raise $170,000 in new gifts by midnight, December 31, 2015.

For some, a gift of $500 or even $1,000 is not too much to ask, while for others, even $20 is a sacrifice. Please know that whatever you can send, large or small, will make a real difference in what these awesome people are able to accomplish.

Gifts of appreciated stocks or mutual funds offer a quick, easy and tax-efficient way to make contributions. Please call them at 317-363-2443 for details.

This is one of my FAVORITE charities, so thank you in advance for reading this and any support you can give this year!
