COLORADO SPRINGS, CO — Islam expert and global church growth specialist Pastor Riann Heyns will present a message at the Global Worship Celebration at the International Christian Retail Show 10 a.m.Sunday, June 28, at the Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, FL.
The expanded international program also includes new and free digital publishing training for international publishers, and free consulting that normally costs thousands of dollars.
Heyns has successfully implemented strategic missions in more than 60 countries, and will share his message alongside international consultant and emcee for the event, Jack Scott. Scott said he hopes attendees will feel inspired, uplifted and refreshed after hearing the message and worshipping along with The Planetshakers, a popular Australian band with 28 worship albums. Band member BJ Pridham said, “I think you can expect a praise party.”
The free, eight-session digital publishing training program is June 28-July 1, and includes topics such as: “33 Secrets for Dynamic Online Engagement,” “How to Use Digital Marketing to Expand the Reach of Your Products,” and “The Tools, Marketing Tricks, and Business Models to Make Your Book App a Success.” Attendees who complete all sessions receive a certificate of completion.
The international training program is a cooperative initiative of CBA, Magazine Training International (MTI), and Media Associates International (MAI). Seminar speakers are industry experts, including Dan Balow, Steve Laube Agency; David Renard, mediaIDEAS; Ron Forseth, Outreach Media Group; and David Manning and Julio Vientos of Charisma Media. Sharon Mumper of MTI, Ramon Rocha III and John Maust of MAI, also will present.
CBA President Curtis Riskey said he is grateful for the cooperative training and being involved with companies who can work together in unity, focusing on collective strengths.
The training program is complemented by separate and in-depth free consultations with trainers from MTI, MAI, and other companies in the Global Trading Center in CBA MarketSquare on the convention exhibit floor.
Market Square hosts the largest global gathering for Christian book rights and licensing negotiations every year, and new events will occur without disrupting the space’s traditional activities.
Sharon Mumper, MTI president, said of the personal consultations, “Some of the instructors offer consulting costing thousands of dollars to large publishers; however, international publishers will be able to take advantage of their expertise at no cost.”
Registration fees apply for those who wish to enter the exhibit-floor area.
