FACEOUT FILMS RIDES THE GROWTH OF VIDEO |
Bend, OR (September 29, 2014) Upstart video production company, Faceout Films, grew out of a growing demand from publishers to leverage their content with video. As consumer behavior continues to evolve in sync with advances in technology, it becomes imperative that content be delivered and accessed in read, listen and watch formats to meet market expectations.
The use of video to tell stories, promote ideas and sell products is expanding every day. According to Cisco’s Visual Networking Index, global IP video traffic will represent 79 percent of all consumer internet traffic by 2018. A report from eMarketer indicates investments in online video ads in the US will reach $4.45 billion this year. Considering the ubiquity of online video content, what content stands out? According to Trevor Fellows, global head of advertising at the Wall Street Journal, content must be of a very high production quality, interesting to watch and offer variety in order to be successful.
Faceout Films partners with nationally recognized film crews to produce the highest quality picture a budget can afford. They catalyze the right crew, the right talent and the right location for every shoot—not based on a studio space or a limited equipment list they own, but rather what is the perfect mix for the project. This flexibility enables them to leverage a wide range of tools to best serve the creative needs of their clients.
As they continue to carve out a growing niche in the publishing space, recently hired associate producer, Monica Watson notes, “I’m excited to join forces with producers Torrey Sharp and Charles Brock in producing compelling narratives, encouraging viewers to feel something meaningful and respond purposefully.” Most recently, Monica has worked as talent on sets with ad agencies such as Commonwealth/McCann, TBWA\Chiat\Day, R/West and Creative Media Alliance.
Faceout Films has produced video content for Random House, Hachette NY, the University of Notre Dame in addition to working with well–known properties such as The Five Love Languages, The Love Dare, The Message Bible and authors, Beverly Lewis, Dee Henderson, Wanda Brunstetter, Andrew Palau, Jen Hatmaker, and Thom Rainer among others.
Faceout Studio is a market leading design firm. Over the years their work has been recognized byCommunication Arts, the AIGA, Print magazine, Eye magazine, Graphis, CMYK, Graphic Design: USA, ECPA, The Chicago Book Clinic, the New York Book Show, the AAUP and the American Advertising Federation.
