NASHVILLE, TN (August 26, 2014) – Celebrating their fourth wedding anniversary, Ian and Larissa Murphy have begun their national media tour to share about their memoir, Eight Twenty Eight: When Love Didn’t Give Up.
On September 2nd, the Murphys will be the feature interview on Inside Edition and also on the national Christian radio program Chris Fabry Live! on Moody Radio. They have already recorded segments for Canada’s 100 Huntley Street to air in September and will appear later this fall on Life Today with James and Betty Robison. In 2012 an eight-minute video telling their story was produced and shared on the internet. Through the help of Desiring God led by John Piper and friends around the world, it has been viewed over ten million times and attracted the attention of media outlets from all around the world. People from all around the world, including Australia, Germany, The United Kingdom and the United States, have watched the video and heard the Murphy’s story.
Eight Twenty Eight is God’s story through Ian and Larissa Murphy.
They met in college and fell in love.
They talked about getting married, and he started looking for a ring.
They dreamed about life together, a life of beauty and joy, raising babies, laughing with friends and growing old.
