ECPA releases bestseller lists for February;
debuts two new Spanish lists

ECPA has released 15 bestseller lists for February, including five Spanish lists.  Two of the Spanish lists debut this month:  Spanish Juvenile and Spanish Bibles Under $10.  They join the two new lists that launched last month: Young Adult and Spanish Under $6.
