Diversity & Inclusion track: Recommended training
for all attendees
The PubU Online program will debut a new track of sessions dedicated to the important topic of Diversity & Inclusion as it relates to strategic levels of Christian publishing: marketing, editorial, leadership. Four webinars, offered on Mondays at 10 am central, will feature panels of experts who provide important perspectives in addressing the way forward to increase diversity and inclusion in the industry. Session topics will cover Historical Perspectives, Editorial, Marketing, and Current Efforts. Speakers include a “who’s who” list of Christian publishing leaders who lend an expert and important voice to these discussions. They include:

The track was curated by Dr. Theon Hill (associate professor and race scholar at Wheaton College), who will also provide the opening keynote on The Role of Publishing in a Time of Crisis on August 31 at 10 am central. All Christian publishing professionals are encouraged to sign up for these sessions after they register, regardless of their role in publishing. The Diversity & Inclusion track is one of five tracks of sessions presented in September at PubU Online. Webinars will be offered daily at 10 am central. Registration for ECPA members opens this week!
