Colorado Springs, CO (May 11, 2015) – David C Cook is honored to announce that Kara Tippetts, The Hardest Peace: Expecting Grace in the Midst of Life’s Hard, was the winner of the 2015 Christian Book Award® in the inspiration category. The awards are given by the Evangelical Publishers Association (ECPA) and were announced on Tuesday evening May 5, 2015 at their awards banquet held in Nashville, TN. 

“Kara was overjoyed to hear the news in a private meeting, just a few days before she passed, about her award.
