Branon Dempsey from Worship Team Training (on Creator Worship channel)
Worship Team Training has served church worship ministries since 2002 by providing live workshops and online resources to help inspire, create and transform the leading of worship. Branon Dempsey responded to God’s call to ministry in 1993 to help connect people to Christ through worship ministry. The Lord desires for His people to respond to Him in worship as a life – not as a style. The question is how are you being equipped to reach people through your gifts and skills, focused in a way that rightly honors the Lord while edifying His Church?   Topics include: Leading young leaders. How to transition music styles in your church. How to maximize the sound of your vocal team and choir. Getting your musicians to play with more sensitivity and unity. Career versus Calling. Drums: too loud in your church?  Getting along with one another and conflict resolution. Looking at the contemporary songs we sing, are they good theo or bad? What new Worship Leaders should NOT change in the church. Why the Senior Pastor is “Just Not That Into You.” How a church CD is more of a missional tool than a positional product.

Tom Jackson from Expressive Worship (on Creator Worship Channel)
Tom Jackson is the leading Live Music Producer of artists’ tours, showcases and shows in the industry.  His passion is to develop an artist’s onstage skills, and to produce shows that are unique. His schedule is filled with artists from every genre of music, as well as comedians and speakers.  It’s true that “All Roads Lead to The Stage” because, as digital music has grown and the public is exposed to more artists, the live show has become more important than ever before. Bill Gates says “to be successful we will need both: high-tech and high-touch.” The web gives artists “high tech” opportunities to find an audience and create more places to perform; the live stage is the “high touch” opportunity that, if done correctly, will feed fan loyalty, career growth and longevity. Buzz happens from live performances!  “If an artist thinks playing tight, singing correctly, moving a lot or being cool is what moves a crowd, they’ve lost an opportunity to connect with their audience.” states Tom. “The goal is capture, connect and emotionally move everyone in the building!”

Dan McGowan from Just Pure Laughs (on Creator Reverence channel)
