Facebook Page Attracts 100,000 Followers
Doubles Followers in Less than One Year
Grand Rapids, Mich., June 17, 2016 – The Christian Encouragement for Women page on Facebook has achieved a new milestone, attracting over 100,000 Facebook followers, HarperCollins Christian Publishing (HCCP) announced today.

Christian Encouragement for Women was launched in February 2012 and was known originally as the “NIV Mom’s Devotional Bible” page. It was renamed with help from the community and relaunched in May 2015. By August 2015, the page had attracted 50,000 followers.
The page’s aim is to encourage women by building a community of Christian women who lift each other up. It is managed by HCCP, which comprises Thomas Nelson and Zondervan and is a world leader in Christian content, including Bibles, spiritual growth, study resources, and church curriculum.
Christian Encouragement for Women posts biblically based content, encouraging conversation, building connections, and providing information about books and Bibles to help Christian women draw deeper into their relationships with the Lord.
