Twitter Removes Their 140 Character Limit From Direct Messages

Twitter has a large following, and while I love it for use at events or with “in the moment” experiences like sports, global catastrophes, entertainment, and breaking news, I think they have a long-term problem of unique relevance to address.  I’m not sure there is anything that Twitter does that I can’t do via other apps that are more integrated into my life at this point, and I don’t have to struggle with a 140 character limit.  Regardless of the long…

The marketplace is certainly doing its best to sing the praises of the tremendous benefits that rain from the Cloud. There certainly are benefits. I also see lots of reasons to bring along my umbrella. Sometimes the rain just leaves you soggy and smelly. Just ask your dog.

Hootsuite Unable to Send to LinkedIn

We switched from Tweetdeck to Hootsuite Pro for our team to handle social media postings.  Tweetdeck is excellent and I still highly recommend it for any individual person who needs a great free solution to manage their social media across all the key outlets. Tweetdeck won’t work if you need more than one person in your process. We switched to Hootsuite Pro because we needed to have our team all in one system. Having been a longtime Tweetdeck user, I have…
