ASHLAND, OH (June 5, 2015) – Bookmasters (http://www.bookmasters.com/), one of the largest providers of integrated book publishing services in the U.S., has signed new sales agreements with several organizations that will be responsible for the sale and distribution of Bookmasters’ publishers’ titles into the United Kingdom, Europe, and Canada.
Effective with the fall 2015 selling season, The Roundhouse Group and their affiliates will sell Bookmasters’ publishers’ titles into the United Kingdom and Europe. For more than 20 years, The Roundhouse Group has been a major distributor of art, craft, non-fiction, business, education, travel, and children’s books in the UK and Europe. In addition, ORCA Book Services will provide the warehousing and fulfillment support functions in the UK and Europe.
In addition, Magenta Entertainment, Ltd. will sell Bookmasters’ publishers’ titles into the Canadian market. Bookmasters will be sold through the Jaguar Book Group with Fraser Direct providing fulfillment and back office services.
Bookmasters’ appointment of these organizations is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen Bookmasters’ international sales strategy in collaboration with its strategic partnership with Baker & Taylor and its standing relationships with key industry trading partners.
“The addition of these sales organizations to Bookmasters’ existing and tenured sales team is of significant benefit to our client publishers,” said Jon Ackerman, senior vice president of sales at Bookmasters. “I’m confident that these new partnerships will expand our reach in these key markets.”
