Former Content Manager of The Resurgence Brings Content Marketing Expertise to B&H

NASHVILLE, TN (June 13, 2014) – B&H Publishing Group is adding to their leadership in the trade book area with the hire of Jesse Wisnewski, former Content Manager of Resurgence in Seattle, Washington.

Jesse brings ten years of experience in ministry and marketing to the B&H team. For the past two years he has risen in leadership to oversee the content strategy and assist with the marketing for the Resurgence, part of Mars Hill Church. Resurgence is considered one of the top Christian leadership brands in the United States, producing and marketing dozens of books as well as regional and national conferences. Part of Jesse’s position involved assisting with the development of marketing campaigns by identifying content marketing strategies for Resurgence Books.

At B&H, Jesse will oversee the marketing for strategic authors and their books from B&H like Matt Chandler, Thom Rainer, Beth Moore, Priscilla Shirer, and Angie Smith. He will lead a team of marketers to develop campaigns to reach readers as well as maximize B&H content and how it can be best discovered in the market. Jesse will begin at B&H on July 1, 2014.

In 2013, Jesse received a Masters of Arts in Christian Thought at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. He received his undergraduate degree in Marketing at Marshall University in West Virginia, his home state.
