Award-Winning Author Dandi Daley Mackall
to Publish Flipside Stories for Children

Tyndale Kids is publishing a new Flipside Stories series with award-winning author Dandi Daley Mackall this summer.  Three two-sided flip books, Jonah and the Fish, The Lost Lamb and the Good Shepherd, and Zacchaeus and Jesus, will be available beginning July 2016.

There’s always another side to a story. Designed to tell the same story twice from two different, biblical points of view, the book allows the reader to enjoy the story from the perspective of Jonah, for example, and then literally flip the book to read the story from the perspective of the fish.

Utilizing humor, adorable illustrations, and an innovative format, Flipside Stories provide readers with the added bonus of two books in one. Children ages four to seven will develop a unique understanding of these familiar Bible stories by considering the perspectives of both major characters.

Dandi Daley Mackall is the award-winning author of more than 450 books for children and adults. She visits countless schools, conducts writing assemblies and workshops across the United States, and presents keynote addresses at conferences and young author events. She has won several awards for her writing, including the Helen Keating Ott Award for Outstanding Contributions to Children’s Literature, and is a two-time Mom’s Choice Award winner.
