ECPA's Rush To Press

Contact: Timothy J. Beals

Grand Rapids, Mich.—Credo Communications president Timothy J. Beals announces that Andrew (Drew) Chamberlin, J.D., has joined Credo as literary representative and intellectual property specialist. Chamberlin will focus on authors who represent a cross section of Christian faith and living, and who offer unique perspectives on what it means to live as faith- and grace-filled followers of Jesus Christ in today’s fast-changing world. He joins Credo literary agents Karen E. Neumair and Ann Byle in Grand Rapids and David Sanford in Salem, Ore.

After earning his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Western Michigan University’s Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Drew Chamberlin believes he has found God’s calling for his life at Credo Communications. He was the recipient of several academic awards at WMU, including Certificates of Merit for receiving the highest grade among his peers in both Property Law and Entertainment Law. These two courses spurred his interest in the publishing industry, while giving him a broad base of knowledge in relevant contract and intellectual property issues. In addition to his J.D., Drew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Michigan State University.

Born and raised in West Michigan, Drew resides in northwest Grand Rapids with his wife and seven-year-old son. He has a voracious appetite for reading and learning, a strong desire to travel, and a well-cultivated love for cooking and enjoying international cuisine.

“We are so grateful to have Drew on board,” Beals says. “He turned down several other recent job offers to join our team. Now more than ever, Credo is positioned to offer a full array of services to our growing list of accomplished authors.”
