Peabody, Massachusetts (September 23, 2010): Today, Ray Hendrickson, President of Christianbook.com, announced the purchase of the assets of WorshipMusic.com, a leading e-commerce website with an emphasis on worship music, resources, and church leadership.
“Since we started WorshipMusic.com in 1998, we have dedicated ourselves to the singular mission of increasing worship in the earth. We believe that CBD brings a like-minded sense of the values and excellence to this same task, and that they will continue to serve the church and our customers well in the area of worship resources. As part of the transaction, Christianbook.com has acquired the customer list, the website, the inventory and the domain names WorshipMusic.com, PopularChristian.com and Shoutable.com. Since the company is privately held, no terms of the transaction are disclosed.
