The Association of Logos Bookstores, a nonprofit trade association comprised of twenty independent Christian bookstore members, named InterVarsity Press their Vendor of the Year. The annual award recognizes suppliers whose exceptional staff, service and products set them apart. In addition, Noble Marketing salespeople Jerry Gortmaker and David Terry won the Christian Service Award for sales representation. InterVarsity Press is one of several publishers Gortmaker and Terry represent to Christian bookstores. Pastor and longtime IVP author John Stott won Logos ’s Author of the Year award for his book, Radical Disciple , recognizing him as someone “whose works embody the power of books to change lives.” The Author of the Year award is presented to a living author whose body of work has had a strong influence on the hearts and minds of Christians through his or her many significant titles.
