LAWRENCE, Kan.—The 2015 Christy Awards for excellence in Christian fiction will be presented at a dinner to be held at 7:00 p.m. (EDT), Mon., June 29, 2015, at Orlando’s Rosen Centre Hotel. The event is open to all fans of Christian fiction. Reservations may be secured now through June 20 at http://bit.ly/2015CAReg. 

The keynote speaker for the event will be Sharon Garlough Brown. Brown (M.Div., Princeton Theological Seminary) is an author, pastor, spiritual director, and retreat leader. Her novel, Sensible Shoes(InterVarsity Press), was named one of television personality Kathie Lee Gifford’s “favorite things” in March 2013. She and her husband currently pastor a church in Michigan.

Additionally, Terry Glaspey will emcee the event. Glaspey has worked the last 20 years with Harvest House Publishers, where he is director of acquisitions and development. He is also the author of more than a dozen books, including The Book Lover’s Guide to Great Reading and the forthcoming 75 Masterpieces Every Christian Should Know: The Fascinating Stories Behind Great Works of Art, Literature, Music, and Film.
