Carol Stream, IL—With more than 3 million daily listeners and viewers, the iconic ESPN sports duo of Mike Golic and Mike Greenberg share their unique brand of wisdom to live by in their new audiobook, Mike and Mike’s Rules for Sports and Life, available now from Oasis Audio/Springwater.
“Because Mike and Mike read the audio themselves, you feel like you’re listening to the show’s regular broadcast,” said Dan Balow, publisher. “It really captures the spirit of their show.”
On the audio, Mike and Mike share some of their best on-air discussions, imparting their timeless wisdom on everything from owning a baseball glove to whether or not football players should be inducted into the Hall of Fame as players to the 12 rules that Mike Greenberg would install if he became baseball commissioner (no soup at the ballpark). They also consider hard-hitting questions like, “Should baseball coaches wear regular clothes?” and share the story of how the show came to be, despite Greenberg thinking Golic was a “disgusting slob” and Golic wondering how Greenberg “an incredibly nonathletic, geeky person could ever get a job at a sports network.”
The print edition of Mike and Mike’s Rules for Sports and Life released on April 6 from Random House/Ballantine.
