(May 6, 2013) – Covenant Group and The Parable Group have announced business exchanges in the areas of online sales of church supplies, data warehousing services and email marketing.

These business exchanges are the latest in a series of cooperative alliances between the two groups, dating back to 2011 with a joint e-book sales solution. The collaboration between the two companies reflects ongoing efforts to leverage the strengths and focus of each group for the overall benefit of their respective partner stores.

Beginning in late spring, Covenant Group will become The Parable Group’s online partner for church supplies – providing content and product fulfillment for the Parable Christian Store’s website (www.parable.com). The Covenant Group will also provide Parable franchise stores with their annual Church Supplies Catalog.

Conversely, The Parable Group is opening up their advanced data warehousing services including inventory reporting, consumer modeling and targeting services, email marketing and local online display advertising for interested Covenant Group member stores.

Covenant Group is currently soliciting orders from both Covenant Group member stores, and stores not affiliated with The Parable Group, for the annual Church Supplies Catalog releasing in August 2013. The Parable Group is handling all solicitations directly with their franchise stores.

The Parable Group currently provides multi-channel service options that allows any Christian store in the industry to select the service mix that is right for their business – be it data services, digital/email services and print/mail services. Stores do not need to be Parable members or franchises to receive services.
