Exhibit Booth
- Show your wares in one of 2 large exhibit halls reaching 3000+.
- Company Name w/ link listed on our website.
- Company Name will accompany our Summit Advance Magazine (if print deadline is met).
- Combine multiple booth spaces for stronger presence.
- $500 for new exhibitors, $550 for returning exhibitors.
Bag Stuffing Promo
- Each attendee receives a bag upon entering the conference
- Provide us with your bag stuffer in our conference bags
- $150 exhibitors or $250 non-exhibitors
Custom Sponsorships (limited availability - FULL FOR 2006)

Exhibit Booth
Exhibit Booth 8' x 6' Booth Space includes 6' table, table cloth & 2 chairs, pipe and drape
DATES & TIMES
*Load In - Thursday, November 9 (11 AM - 7 PM)
*SHOW TIMES
-Friday, November 11, 8 AM - 7 PM
-Saturday, November 11, 8 AM - 7 PM
*Strike - Saturday, November 11 during evening concert. Must be clear of facility by 12 midnight.
*You may purchase more than one booth.
*Electricity is available upon request at no additional. Please bring your own extension cords & power strips.
*Food will be available in the gymnasium for minimal cost.
*Due to the nature of the conference, small PA's are 'okay' to demo products. Please keep volume levels down as a courtesy to other exhibitors. Booths located in the "Not-so-Loud" hall in NW1, are required to keep volumes low.
*The CMS reserves the right to refuse any prospective exhibitor, and this at our sole discretion. An exhibit booth will not be sold to any individual, group, or company if we feel they do not meet the criteria that coincides with the goal & mission of this Christian conference.
